Mods are everything to your success in Warframe. You won’t be able to succeed beyond the earliest levels without them, and you’ll find yourself severely underpowered if you don’t learn how to best utilize them.
The right mod build can take a weapon from barely dealing with level 10 enemies to demolishing level 200 enemies like they’re paper. One such mod is useful for your companion but has a weird way to get it. Here’s how to get the Synth Deconstruct mod in Warframe.
Where to get the Synth Deconstruct mod in Warframe

The Synth Deconstruct mod is exclusively available through Fortuna bounties. More specifically, it’s available from the final stage of the Level 20-40 Fortuna bounty as a rotating reward. This means you may need to wait for another rotation before Synth Deconstruct is a possible reward. Bounties will cycle new rewards every 150 minutes, which itself is a double-edged sword.
Alongside Synth Deconstruct, you can earn yourself a small handful of Endo, Garuada’s Neuroptics, Aya, Medical Debt-Bonds, and various other resources. If you don’t score Synth Deconstruct immediately, you’ll at least be saving yourself some time elsewhere.
Is Synth Deconstruct worth using?
At max rank, Synth Deconstruct will cause enemies injured by your companion to have a 25% chance to drop a Health Orb when killed. It gains additional bonuses when run with other Synth mods, causing your holstered Primary and Secondary weapons to reload their magazines passively. While Synth Deconstruct isn’t great on its own, several mods and Arcanes benefit from the increased Health Orb drops. Most notably, the Health Conversion mod causes Health Orbs to grant stacking Armor.
