If you’ve never dived into PvP in Final Fantasy XIV before, now is the time to do it. Series 6 has just begun and with it, a whole new range of rewards are up for grabs. These rewards include a couple of Framer’s Kits, the impressive looking Oppressor mount, and of course Squeak.

In order to get Squeak the Coyote, you’ll need to reach Series Level 15. This is easily achievable simply through doing your daily Frontlines roulette, but can be completed much quicker by taking part in PvP more often.

You earn PvP EXP by completing any of the following PvP duties:

  • Frontlines
  • Rival Wings
  • Crystalline Conflict

Regardless of whether you win or lose, you will still get some PvP EXP, with the amount you get varying between 700 and 1,500 per match completed.

You’ll need a total of 43,000 PvP EXP in order to get Squeak the Coyote, which is a minimum of around 30 matches if you manage to win every one of them. If you’re like me and don’t particularly excel in PvP, you may need to play upto 60 matches in order to reach Series Level 15.

However many matches you need to play, you can’t get Squeak (or any of the other PvP rewards) without playing PvP, so it’s time to dive in and become a regular at Wolves’ Den Pier.
