How to get the Rod of Kepeleke in Diablo 4

If S-tier was a weapon...

The Rod of Kepeleke is one of the new Unique weapons that have been added to Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred. Itā€™s going to be a very popular pick for all the Spiritborns out there because of its versatility for many top-tier builds right now.

That being said, if you want to get this for your class, hereā€™s what youā€™ll need to know.

How to get the Rod of Kepeleke in Diablo 4

The Rod of Kepeleke can be obtained by defeating Duriel or Andariel. They are the strongest ladder bosses in the game and can take quite some time to get there, let alone target farm.

If you are far from this point in the game and do want to get the Rod of Kepeleke a lot sooner, there are easier, but less efficient ways of doing so.

The first method is to farm the Infernal Hordes. If you rack up enough Aether, you can open up the big chest in the middle to obtain better rewards. It wonā€™t be guaranteed, but you have a higher likelihood of obtaining one of the many Unique items for your Spiritborn.

You can also farm Nightmare Dungeons and The Pit at levels above 35 to consistently gain more Uniques. Once again, it isnā€™t guaranteed, but better gear starts dropping once you hit higher Torment tiers because of loot modifiers.

One of the better methods aside from those above would be to gamble Obols. Thatā€™s right. Gather a lot of Obols, preferably close to your maximum limit, then trade them to a Purveyor of Curiosities. Gamble them specifically for Quarterstaffs.

While youā€™re at it, allocate any spare Season Blessings to the Urn of Curiosities to increase your chances of getting two weapons for one roll. Itā€™ll heavily increase your chances of getting the weapon.
