Where to find Shiny Celebi in Pokémon Go
You can get a Shiny Celebi in Pokémon Go by participating in Masterwork or Special Research. These events are a surefire method of encountering the critter, with a guaranteed spawn as a reward.
For example, completing the Whispers in the Woods challenge results in a Shiny Celebi. However, this is where the time restriction comes in, where it only lasts from June 28 to July 3, 2024. You’ll also need to purchase a ticket for the Masterwork Research for $5. Fortunately, once you’ve opened this research before the deadline, you can take your time completing the task since there is no time limit.
After you purchase a ticket in the in-game Shop, it can be found in your Item bag via the Passes section. Use it while the event is active to trigger a new lineup of tasks. Complete these objectives gradually to unlock the Shiny Celebi in Pokémon Go. The quests shouldn’t be too challenging to achieve, typically requiring you to catch a certain number of Pokémon or defeat Team Go Rocket members.
