• First off, you have to hold out the DIO’s headband. You can pull it by defeating the Jotaro Kujo boss. However, it has only a 15% drop chance.
• You have to waste 20 people who have equipped either Joseph or Jonathan’s Hamon.
• You have to waste 15 people by using a Joestar stand.

Once you have completed all the tasks, you will get a Stand Virus Capsule. After using this capsule in The World, you will get Shadow the World.

• Shadow Dio Strikes: Throwing a mix of punches and kicks, dealing nine damage each.
• Stand Combo: Shadow The World appears and lands four punches in a combo. 
• Heavy Chop: Lunge forward with a stunning chop. (Blockable)
• Knife Barrage: Throw five knives aiming at your cursor. Close-range hits land more. (Blockable)
• Charisma: Sip some wine and read Dio’s Diary. If attacked, stop time and hit your attacker with a barrage of knives.
• Punishment: Shadow the World punches through your opponent, dealing damage and disappearing. Can’t be used after Stand Combo.
• Time Stop: Use The World’s time stop faster than others but shorter. People with Time Stop Resistance can still see you. All damage happens when time resumes, and projectiles hit instantly at close range.
• Time Skip: Teleport to where your cursor is pointing.
• Time Switch: Stop time and swap places with any player or NPC you’re targeting.
