How to get Destiny 2 Forbearance God Rolls

Raiding in any game, especially Destiny 2, can be an intimidating prospect. This has the unfortunate side effect of a segment of players not getting their hands on some fun and unique weapons. Recently, Bungie has begun offering alternative activities to give those players a taste of the good life. With Into the Light, everyone can get their hands on the Root of Nightmares (former) exclusive grenade launcher, Forbearance. Here are the God Rolls that make a good thing even better.

How to get Forbearance in Destiny 2

Upon logging in during Into the Light, players will receive a quest to speak with Arcite 99-40 in the Hall of Champions. The Redjack Frame entreats Guardians to slay foes with grenade launchers throughout the system in exchange for a Curated Roll of Darkness’ favored grenade launcher. Attuning to the Holo Shaxx brandishing the geometric oddity will increase the drop rate of the Wave Frame in Onslaught.

PvE God Roll

It wasn’t until I got my hands on Hullabaloo that I really started to appreciate Wave Frame Grenade Launchers. Now they’re one of my favorite weapon archetypes in all of Destiny 2. I’m a huge fan of explosions and making explosions bigger, so it was really hard for me to pick Bait and Switch over Chain Reaction, but I simply couldn’t ignore the massive 30% damage buff. Throw in health regeneration with minimal reload time and you have the equivalent of a Heavy weapon in your Special slot.

• Smart Drift Control: Increases Velocity by +5, Stability and Handling by +10, and Recoil by +15.
• High-Velocity Rounds: Increases Velocity and Reload Speed by +10.
• Unrelenting: Defeating targets triggers health regeneration.
  • Minor combatants: 33.3%
  • Players: 66.6%
  • Majors and Bosses: 100%
• Bait and Switch: Dealing damage with all equipped weapons within (7) seconds grants 30% increased damage with this weapon for (10) seconds.
• Masterworked Reload Speed: Increases Reload Speed by +10.

PvP God Roll

This roll is all about getting the biggest bang for your buck. Not only is it a quick and nasty grenade launcher, but kills with it will recharge your Abilities that much quicker. As Lord Shaxx says, you could always be throwing more grenades.

• Smart Drift Control: Increases Velocity by +5, Stability and Handling by +10, and Recoil by +15.
• High-Velocity Rounds: Increases Velocity and Reload Speed by +10.
• Demolitionist: Kill with this weapon generate 10% Grenade Ability Energy. Using your grenade reloads this weapon.
• Wellspring: Weapon kills generate 8% Ability Energy split equally amongst all uncharged abilities.
• Masterworked Reload Speed: Increases Reload Speed by +10.
