How to get Cyte-09 in Warframe 1999

One shot, one kill.

Cyte-09 is the latest Warframe to join the roster in the game. As part of 1999, itā€™ll be a no-brainer that heā€™ll be unlockable by playing the new content in it.

However, while not so straightforward, this is what you need to know to obtain him.

How to get Cyte-09 in Warframe

To get Cyte-09 in Warframe, you must first complete the 1999 quest. Per the game’s message, itā€™ll take about an hour and a half to complete. You have to see it through to the end, too.

Upon completing the quest, you will be given the blueprint for the Warframe, but you still need to get the other three parts to put it all together. That being said, you now need to partake in the new bounty system to get his parts.

When you take on bounties with the Hex syndicate, you have to level up to Rank 2 – Fresh Slice. You will need to gain 27,000 Standing with them via bounties to rank up to that level.

Once reaching that level, each part takes 20,000 Standing to purchase. In total, with ranking up included, you will need to gain 87,000 Standing to get everything you need. With caps in progression, it will take you a few days to get there.

If you do end up hitting a progression cap, just level up your bonds with the other Hex members to progress further when they are lifted.

You can also get Cyte-09ā€™s parts by farming the bounties in the Hollvania Mall. These are where you can do that:

  • Chassis: Tier 1 Bounty
  • Neuroptics: Tier 2 Bounty
  • Systems: Tier 3 Bounty

Each can also be done in The Steel Path to get additional loot and Steel Essence for the endgame farm.
