How to get Bubble Kelp in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom

The Bubble Kelp is one of the most valuable ingredients in Echoes of Wisdom, as it prolongs your breathing underwater. Not only will it benefit your swimming, but it also comes up in a crucial quest for extra rewards.

Where to find Bubble Kelp in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom

Whether you’re on the Out of Bubble Kelp quest or just looking to make some drinks, you have a variety of resourceful ways to obtain Bubble Kelp in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom. Here are a few:

Drops from Sand Crabs at the beach (Zora region)

Discover Sand Crabs at the entrance or the beach side of Jabul Waters. You’ll likely enter this region during the Jabul Waters Rift questline, taking you to the Zora region. The crabs will either be inside the water or walking around the shore. Eliminate them and they may drop some Bubble Kelp.

Earnable as a reward in quests (Deliver the Grilled Fish!)

Some quests offer seaweed, including the Deliver the Grilled Fish! quest. To begin this mission, go to the docks of Seesyde Village to speak to a woman there. She’ll ask you to give a grilled fish to her son, and you can do so by dragging it over to him with Bind. Make sure not to deliver the Echo version of it since he only wants the one from his mom. You’ll gain 10 seaweed in return, perfect for the Out of Bubble Kelp quest.

Spin around seaweed in the waters of the Zora region

You can dive around the Zora Cove to obtain kelp with your spinning attack. Press the ‘R’ trigger to trigger this attack near the greenery. However, it’s not always guaranteed for the seaweed to drop.

Purchase at shop in Sea Zora

If you have some gems to spare, you can purchase Bubble Kelp for 25 Rupees at the Sea Zora store. Dive near the fishtail statue and take a left at the entrance to find it. You can also check around for some chests to discover more kelp.
