How to get BO6 Wonder Weapons in Black Ops 6 Zombies

Finding a Wonder Weapon is key to survival in Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Zombies and there’s more than one way to secure one during a match.

Wonder Weapons represent the most formidable guns that you can find while playing the Zombies mode. They not only look different from the typical guns, but they also do far more damage and have different effects. You can upgrade them with Pack-A-Punch to increase the damage output and help them survive the later rounds. That said, finding them can be pretty confusing, especially if you’re a beginner in Black Ops 6 Zombies.

Best ways to get a BO6 Wonder Weapon in Black Ops 6 Zombies

I have noted down three different methods to obtain these formidable weapons. One of the three methods assures you a Wonder Weapon, but the process can be arduous. The other two options are much easier to perform, but they have an element of randomness associated with them.

Solve Easter Eggs

Yes, there are plenty of different Easter Eggs to solve on both Terminus Island and Liberty Falls. You can not only unlock some fantastic items in the process, but you can also get the Beamsmasher and Jet Gun in the process. When I say get – you’ll gain the Blueprint to craft these weapons from a bench. This is the only method that doesn’t have an element of randomness, and you’re assured of the weapon you want to pick.

Mystery Box

You’ll come across Mystery Boxes at different points on the map, and they’re pretty easy to catch. A light beam glows through them, and you can open them up for 950 Essence. Every Mystery Box can be opened multiple times (but they’re not infinite), and you can end up getting a Wonder Weapon if you’re lucky enough.

Try to open the boxes when the Fire Sale perk is active, as it’s going to cost you only 10 Essence. Do note that these boxes also have standard weapons available in different rarities. Even if you don’t find a Wonder Weapon, getting an assault rifle of Mythic rarity can be extremely useful to survive the hordes of the undead in Black Ops 6.

Armory/Safety Vaults

When you take down Elite enemies in Black Ops 6, like the Mangler, they will occasionally drop loot keys. Loot keys have different rarities, and you can use them in Liberty Falls to open the safety vaults. If you’re playing on Terminus, you can open them to loot the Armory.

Like Mystery boxes, you can’t pre-determine your rewards from the loot. Hence, there’s an element of randomness associated with this method as well.

Truth be told, I have managed to get a Wonder Weapon only once from my 30 or so matches. The drop rates are extremely low, but finding them can be a game-changer for sure. If you don’t want to rely on your luck, solving the Easter Eggs is the optimal path.
