How to get the Belisarius-D Pulse Rifle in Season of the Wish

Theoretically, getting your hands on a Belisarius-D Pulse Rifle is easy. All you need to do to get the gun is play seven rounds of competitive Crucible placement matches. You don’t need to win the seven games, only finish them. Once your placement is complete, you will get the gun. However, as I said, that’s in theory.

At the time of writing, the Belisarius-D reward for completing placement matches is glitched. There are reports across Reddit of players not getting the gun after playing their placement matches, and I can confirm that I didn’t get it after playing my placement matches, either.

Your mileage may vary when it comes to unlocking the rifle, and Bungie hasn’t commented officially on the issue. It could be that players who miss out on the rifle after playing their matches are rewarded it later.

If you’re playing competitive Crucible matches regularly, you do have the opportunity to get an additional Belisarius-D rifle each week. Every player can get up to three extra drops per week, one for each of your characters, so you can try to get a Belisarius with your preferred attributes. It’s not clear at this time if the weekly Belisarius drops are also glitched.

Thankfully, Season of the Wish is an extra long season, so you’ll have plenty of time to get your hands on the perfect Belisarius-D once the issue is fixed.
