How to get and use Perspicacity in Warframe

Easy hacking. No Ciphers needed

Perspicacity is a must-have ability in Warframe if you struggle with or donā€™t want to deal with hacking consoles in your missions. It also complements stealthy playstyles in missions like Spy where itā€™s all about dealing with these terminals.

How to unlock Perspicacity in Warframe

To get Perspicacity in Warframe, you need to have the Helminth System unlocked and unlock the third Metamorphosis with it.Ā 

This includes having the Helminth Segment installed in your Liset. Itā€™s unlocked by reaching Rank 3 with the Entrati Syndicate and purchasing the blueprint from Son for 15,000 Standing.

If you want to skip all the grinding, especially for getting the animal tags for Brother, you can outright purchase this whole thing from the market for 300 Platinum. Skip the crafting times and progress through the Entrati Syndicate stuff.

Once the segment is installed and you can start subsuming Warframes, you have to reach the 3rd Metamorphosis. 

To progress with the Helminth system, you have to feed it materials, Subsumes frames, and transfer abilities to other frames. This will contribute towards the meter and get you there. 

How Perspicacity works in Warframe

To use Perspicacity, you just have to replace a Warframeā€™s ability, and youā€™re good to go. In actual use in a mission, you cast it whenever you can before hacking a terminal. The charge stays permanent until you hack a terminal. However, this can go away if you fall out of bounds, get disrupted by a nullifying enemy ability, or get downed.

Perspicacity is extremely useful in Sorties, Archon Hunts, and other areas where using Ciphers is disabled. It can work on basically any frame that you
