Like most server-related error messages, you often have to wait it out as more players get into the game. Getting the error when you’re trying to get intoĀ Diablo 4 and check out the new season can be very frustrating. Therefore, we’ve put together some tips on how to fix error code 34202 inĀ Diablo 4.

What is error code 34202?

Error code 34202 is an annoyingĀ Diablo 4 error message that essentially means there was an issue with connecting. To make things worse, this error can also kick you out of the queue and even out of the game. It’s typically followed up with the message “Server Not Available” followed by a black screen as you are booted from the game.

This error code can appear on all platforms including PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.

Unfortunately, usually this error is just due to server congestion as a lot of players are trying to joinĀ Diablo 4 at once. If this is the case, your best option is to simply wait a few minutes and try again.

In some cases, however, this may actually be a networking issue on your end. If so, there are a few things you can try to see if it fixes error code 34202 inĀ Diablo 4.

  1. Make sure your internet connection is stable. This includes checking to make sure your ISP is not currently experiencing some sort of outage. If you are on Wi-Fi, try connecting directly and see if using a wired connection fixes the issue.
