How to complete the Fortnite placeholder quest

If you look at your quests, you’ll see that the Snapshot section has something new to finish. It only says Placeholder, and it will give 30K XP if completed. To finish it, all you need to do is emote in a capture point. It’s the area in which you take over a flag and get rewards for performing the task (pictured plainly in the image above).

One of the easiest spots inĀ FortniteĀ to grab a capture point isĀ Shattered Slabs.Ā It’s in the western region of the map and northwest of Frenzy Fields. Drop down to the area, run into the circle, and then do any emote in this spot. It can be a dab or a funny dance. It doesn’t matter. Once you’ve executed an emote, a pop-up should emerge on the top left. It confirms the quest is complete.

Other quests to complete

If you take a closer look at the quests menu, it claims there are three other placeholder missions in store for us. However, none of them are available at the time of writing. Next, there are ten ranked quests that give a loading screen page, eight sprays, and one emote called Burn Bright. You can complete Reboot Rally quests with your friends, which unlocks rainbow-themed rewards.
