How do you sign wonderkids in EA FC 24?
This guide is mainly targeted at real-life talents; the process of finding talented regens is different, as they require a good investment in youth staff. With 5-Star youth scouts, you’re more or less guaranteed success while finding regens. The job gets a lot harder when you try to unearth real-life talents who have immense potential.
- Press the R1/RB button to go to the Transfers section. From there, open Scouts.
- First, make sure you have a full quota of six scouts (you could do with less if it’s a small club).
- Always hire a scout with 5* judgment unless there are financial obligations. This should be mandatory if the club is of considerable stature (like Real Madrid or Manchester United).
- Some of your scouts will be on certain pre-assigned tasks. I like to recall all my scouts and then assign them to new locations.
- To select the location, choose the region, and then proceed to pick the nation.
- I always prefer nations that generate talent in real life. France, Netherlands, and the South American duo of Brazil-Argentina are great locations. Belgium and Croatia can be underrated picks as well.
- Press the Y/Triangle button to edit scout instructions.
- Age should be between 16-19 (20 works as well) and enable the following attributes (world class prospect and future prospect).
- Wait for a few in-game days for the reports to be generated. From there, you can try to negotiate and acquire them based on budget and finances.
Do note that not all wonderkids can be signed for cheap in EA FC 24 career mode. Certain names like Gavi and Pedri have massive release clauses with their existing clubs. Make sure to scout wonderkids who are playing in smaller clubs. These names are easier and cheaper to transfer in EA FC 24 career mode.
