It's time for a makeover.

How to edit your appearance in Baldur’s Gate 3

It can go unnoticed if you don’t explore every camp nook and cranny, but changing your look in Baldur’s Gate 3 is remarkably simple. First, you’ll want to enter your camp, which you can do by taking a Long Rest. In your camp, you’ll find your existing party members, the enigmatic wraith known as Withers, and the Magic Mirror. The Magic Mirror materializes in different spots depending on current surroundings, but you’ll find it as you keep looking.

As soon as you’ve located the Magic Mirror, interact with it, and you’ll be taken to the character customization menu, which allows you to freely change your character’s appearance. You can change your name, identity, voice, face, skin color, maturity, and other characteristics.

There’s a ton of options out there, and Larian has gone as far as embracing BG3’s modding scene. We’ve already listed a few of our favorite Baldur’s Gate mods, plus a little explainer on how to fix achievements. It certainly enhances the experience! But, you also might not want to do that because — as I said before, indecision can be a monster unto itself.
