How to complete the Sly Duper Challenge in BitLife

BitLife's crime life is full of surprises.

BitLife’s Sly Duper challenge strays away from joining school clubs and instead focuses on living a life of crime. Although your character won’t target the lives of others, you’ll still need to get down to business and go face-to-face against some cops during this one.

BitLife Sly Duper challenge guide

BitLife’s Sly Duper challenge has five tasks to complete:

  • Be born a male
  • Rob 5+ houses
  • Pirate 5+ porches
  • Rob a bank while wearing a furry suit
  • Successfully run from the cops 2+ times

While completing this challenge doesn’t require any special career packs or expansion packs, having the criminal special talent can help you succeed with these tasks. Outside of that, it’s mainly luck-based, especially when running away from the police.

Be born a male

Being born a male is the easiest task of the Sly Duper challenge. Doing this requires you to select male as your starting gender before aging up through your character’s life. Your starting location doesn’t matter for this one.

Rob houses and pirate porches

Once your character turns eight, they’ll unlock access to porch pirating in the crime menu. You won’t be able to engage in burglary or bank robbery, but these will come at a later time. Try to finish the porch pirating task within your character’s childhood to make it easier to escape prison if things go awry.

Next is burglary, which you’ll unlock after aging up to 10. This one is a little trickier since you’ll have to avoid any people, animals, or police that enter the house. Taking one item and leaving is considered a success regardless of its value, though, so focus on doing this rather than making money.

Don’t worry if you get caught by the police during this time. It’s much easier to run away or escape jail if they catch you at a young age. It’s even worth getting caught while your character commits burglary just to try to get this out of the way sooner rather than later.

Rob a bank while wearing a furry suit

Bank robbery is the final crime you need for this challenge, which you’ll unlock once your character turns 16. Upon selecting bank robbery, you’ll find options for your bank, weapon, disguise, and getaway. Most of the choices don’t matter much, but your goal is to find a furry suit as a disguise option. Close and reopen the menu as much as you need to until you find the option.

From here, whether you succeed will depend on luck. If it doesn’t work and the police catch you, use this as an opportunity to run away from the cops or escape prison and try again. Keep at it until you successfully rob the bank to complete this task quickly.

Running from the cops

The last task is to run from the cops two or more times throughout your character’s life. Hopefully, you’ll have finished this by this point before the other three are done. If not, commit a light crime until the police find you before attempting to run away. Like before, you may have to land in jail a few times before rinsing and repeating the process until you successfully run away twice and complete the Sly Duper challenge.
