How to complete the Going Pawstal quest in Cat Quest 3

Fetch some mail.

The Going Pawstal quest in Cat Quest 3 sends you on a journey across its world delivering mail and maybe even settling a longstanding blood feud. All in a day’s work for a pirate, right? The quest is not a short one, but the reward is worth knocking on the doors.

To start the quest, you’ll need to speak with the Postmutt. You can find him atop the Postmutt Inc. tower on the eastern side of the main Purvanna island. At the foot of the tower is a large, silver chest. Sadly, your pirate-like harassment won’t convince the pooch to hand over the goods. You have to complete the Going Pawstal quest to earn a peek at what’s inside.

Go fetch: Where to deliver mail to complete the Going Pawstal quest

To complete Going Pawstal in Cat Quest 3, you need to finish delivering mail among a list of recipients. Each letter given awards in another letter to deliver. The letter chain sends you all over the globe and finally back to the Postmutt, who will reward you in return.

Recipient 1: Mr. Blue Starfish

Your first customer is Mr. Blue Starfish, whose address is a beach near Pawt Purvanna. Head south from the town and look for the starfish on the beach in the southern section of the bay.

Recipient 2: Ms. Pink Starfish

Love is in the air! Or maybe the water? Anyway, Mr. Blue Starfish asks you to deliver a love letter to Ms. Pink Starfish on the Lovepurr Islands. You’ll find the love-struck echinoderm at the bottom tip of the crescent-shaped beach surrounding Lovepurr Castle.

The island is the site of another quest. To learn how to begin and complete the Lovepurr Chronicles quest, be sure to follow this guide.

Recipient 3: Boarb

It’s a wedding! Ms. Pink Starfish has found love and wants to invite her friend, Boarb, the Gentle Boar. Look for Boarb on the western shore of Purvanna to the west of the Postmutt and northeast of Pawt Purvanna.

Recipient 4: Rat who Floats

The Rat who Floats is a rat who, erm, floats out in the middle of the Purribean Sea. You can find him bobbing in the water west of Pawt Purvanna and north of the Sandy Islands.

Recipient 5: Oinker Chief

Things are about to get spicy. Before Boarb is willing to go to the wedding, he’s looking to end a longtime feud. The Rat who Floats asks you to deliver a letter to the Oinker Chief. Only this time, you don’t have a heading. That’s because the Oinker Chief appears during the game’s story quest as a boss fight.

Keep playing the game until you reach the Seeker Centauri Ruins. After beating the chief, talk to him again, and he’ll ask you to deliver a letter to Charon. The chief is also a bounty target, so make sure you claim it at the Milky Barrel tavern in Pawt Purvanna.

Recipient 6: Charon

At this point of the game, you should have access to the Infinity Tower and its warden, Charon, Furryman of the Dead. Deliver the letter to Charon, who resides on the beach of the tower.

Recipient 7: Bonehead

Charon is on vacation and isn’t interested in the feud, so he asks you to deliver a letter to a colleague who’ll take care of things in his stead. Bonehead is on Furggy Island, a place swarming with undead level-60 enemies. It’s best to wait until you’re ready for the area.

Bonehead is at the tip of a small peninsula on the southwest side of Furggy Island. Chat with him to get another letter to deliver.

Recipient 8: Boarb (again)

Return to Boarb, who’s still in the same place on Purvanna. Boarb, realizing that the feud has gone on long enough, decides to end things peacefully, if not amicably. He gives you one last letter.

Recipient 9: Postmutt

At last, we’ve reached the end of our journey. Head back to Postmutt Inc. and deliver the final letter to the canine. He rewards you with the chest. Inside is a new accessory item: The Furst Mail. When equipped, it significantly increases your health, damage, and magic.

Honestly, it’s a pretty good item.
