How to catch Meg’s Spine in Fisch

It's not a whole Megalodon, but just as difficult to catch

If ancient aquatic animals are your thing, then you’ll love exploring Ancient Isle in Fisch, the hit fishing simulator on Roblox. There are tons of prehistoric fish you’ll have a blast catching, including massive beasts that once prowled the ocean.

The Megalodon is one of the most impressive of these behemoths, so it makes sense that even getting some of its parts is no small feat. This includes the Meg’s Spine. If you’re on the hunt for this spine but need help, that’s what we’re here for.

Where to find Meg’s Spine in Fisch

Much like the Megalodon itself, the Meg’s Spine can be found exclusively at Ancient Isle. While anywhere on the island is able to spawn it, you’ll have the best luck catching Meg’s Spine at the waterfall at the front of the island.

There is no specific time of day, season, or weather that spawns more Meg’s Spines for you to catch, so don’t worry about going at the wrong time. Unfortunately, since this is a Mythical fish, you likely won’t find it right away. You’re going to need to fish for a while before you get a hold of one unless you’re very lucky.

Your best chance is also to get to a server that’s less populated. Since the Ancient Isle is home to some of the rarest fish in the game, it’s going to be heavily populated. The waterfall particularly is normally very popular, since it’s the best spot to catch Mythical fish and items.

The fewer players there are around you, the better chance you’ll have to catch rarer fish and items, like the Meg’s Spine, before someone else snatches them up.

Once you’ve got it hooked, it won’t be too much trouble to catch, seeing how it’s just a spine. Just keep your eye on the fishing bar and you’ll be able to reel it in.

How to use Meg’s Spine in Fisch

If you’re looking to add Meg’s Spine to your collection, it’s likely because you’re looking to use it for crafting the Rod of the Forgotten Fang. This impressive fishing rod can be crafted using two Meg’s Spines. You’ll also need:

  • 2 Meg’s Fangs
  • 1 Lunar Thread
  • 300,000 C$

You’ll also need to be at least level 750 to craft it. You can find Meg’s Fangs at the Ancient Isle too, so if you’re lucky, you can grab all of these at the same time.

The Rod of the Forgotten Fang is one of the top-tier fishing rods available, so it makes sense why it’s so difficult to craft. It’s got a 15% lure speed, 125% luck, and infinite KG it can reel in. It may be time-consuming to catch two Meg’s Spines, but it’s worth the trouble for this incredible fishing rod.
