How long is the Pikmin 4 demo?

The Pikmin 4 demo lasts two to three hours if you’re playing through it traditionally. However, you can potentially play indefinitely if you want to spend lots of time exploring the areas available. The Pikmin 4 demo begins with a brief tutorial area that teaches you how the basic controls and introduces the plot.

Following this, you’re able to make and name your own avatar before being tasked with finding the rest of your crew who has gone missing. After collecting a few friends, along with an adorable dog named Oatchi, you’ll reach the S. S. Beagle spaceship. It needs 500 Sparklium, and you can collect this resource by picking up shiny objects in the area.

After completing the task, you’ll be able to travel to the Sun-Speckled Terrace. Here, your job is to collect 1500 Sparklium. You can continue playing the demo and exploring the area so long as you don’t collect all the required Sparklium.

Pikmin 4 is another highly anticipated title in a year that has been delivering non-stop fan favorites. Nintendo Switch players can also look forward to Oxenfree 2 and Disney Illusion Island.
