Boosters have undergone a change in eFootball 2025, and they have been empowered even more in the current version.

In Dream Team, you can now get cards with not one but two boosters, choosing between the type of boosters you want. You can opt for random boosters and try your luck or invest more resources to select the booster you want on a given card. In case you’re new to the game, boosters aren’t new. They have been there for a long time, and the epic icons released over the last year can get a booster applied to them. There are also unique cards for active footballers who can take advantage of stat boosts during a game.

Earlier, you could only apply one booster to a card from ‘player actions.’ Now, some cards will have one booster already applied to them. You’ll be able to read its effects by going into the details. Now, you can have two different ways to proceed with the second slot:

• Apply a specific booster – You’ll need 100 Select Booster Tokens. Once you have enough of them, you’ll be able to select your choice from a wide type of boosts.
• Apply a random booster – You’ll need 1 Booster Token. You can overwrite your selection later if you’re unhappy with your choice.

You’ll need a lot of Select Booster tokens, and they’re expected to be available in multiple ways.
