Here’s your answer, the first screens from the Club Nintendo exclusive WiiWare title, a one-on-one against your trainer As you can see, the game utilizes the engine for the recently-release Punch-Out!! for the Wii and does not require that game to play.

All you need in order to kick Doc’s ass is to be a Platinum-level member of Club Nintendo. You have until August 11 to make your choice; good luck with that.
