Have a finer Friday with the Destructoid Changelog Newsletter

Alliteration is great.

I do these reminders/bumps for the fantastic/amazing Destructoid Changelog Newsletter every two weeks/fortnight, and it can be difficult to figure out how to rephrase why you should sign up. But Iā€™m not a coward, and only cowards use copy/paste. I just flex my wrinkly writer brain to churn up some new words.

Have you heard that the Destructoid Changelog Newsletter is a hit at parties? Maybe! I donā€™t get invited to parties. It arrives every Friday and comes packed with a recap of all the weekā€™s reviews, weird articles, and retro stuff that I like. Itā€™s like me showing up at your doorstep every week, except you can just close the tab instead of calling the police to get me to leave.

Thatā€™s right! Not only will I wish you a good week and draw your attention to some cool things you might have missed, but Iā€™ll also tell you about what Iā€™m playing that week. I play a lot of weird stuff. Itā€™s what I do instead of going to parties.

And this is just between you and me, but weā€™re also cooking up some sort of monthly surprise for anyone signed up. What is it? I donā€™t know, itā€™s a surprise! Also, I havenā€™t settled on anything yet. The next time I do one of these reminders/bumps, Iā€™ll probably have something more solid to tell you, but it will be cool. Cool in a ā€œget off my doorstep, Zoey,ā€ kind of way.

Tell your friends! Tell your therapist! Tell me (what youā€™d like to see in the newsletter by leaving a comment below)! Is your Friday ready for this!?
