Download on iTunes, or stream it on Spotify
Rockstar has released The Music of Grand Theft Auto V soundtrack over on iTunes. The three albums can be bought for $9.99 each, or $24.99 for all three albums consisting of 59 tracks.
Volume 1 contains all the original music created by various artists including Wavves, The Creator, and more. Volume 3 features tracks you may have already heard of from artists like Bootsy Collins, Flying Lotus, and more. Plus there’s snippets from all 17 in-game radio stations included.
The album I care about the most is Volume 2, comprised of the original score. This is a first for the series, and just like Max Payne 3’s soundtrack these songs are dynamic and responsive to the player’s actions within the missions and the open world.
I’ve been listing to Volume 2 all day over on Spotify, and can’t get enough of them. The original score added so much to Grand Theft Auto V’s missions, especially the heists.
