Gorgeous new Dark Souls screens boast hideous new nasties

Here’s a fresh batch of screenshots for From Software’s Dark Souls, and they look as gorgeously depressing as ever. The latest shots show off a few of the monsters you’ll be facing, and they look utterly disgusting … meant in the best possible way. 

My excitement for this game is overwhelming. I adored Demon’s Souls and this looks like it’ll provide that same kind of bleak atmosphere and tense gameplay. I’m loving everything I’ve seen so far.
