How to unlock Envisaged Echoes

There are a few requirements before you can participate in Envisaged Echoes. You need to be at least Adventure Rank 35 and complete at least Act 6 of the Imaginarium Theater. This means you’ll need to take on the Imaginarium Theater challenge in either medium or hard mode. After you’ve met the prerequisites, you can access Envisaged Echoes by interacting with the painting easel in the left side of the Imaginarium Theater room.

Once you’ve unlocked the game mode, you’ll need to make sure your characters are able to participate in their Envisaged Echoes challenge. For a character to be eligible for Envisaged Echoes, they must be level 90 and at least Friendship level 8.

How does Envisaged Echoes work?

Each character’s challenge can be unlocked using two Keys of Echoes. Two Keys will be provided when you first interact with the easel, letting you unlock your first challenge for free. More Keys can be earned by participating in future Imaginarium Theater cycles.

After unlocking a character’s challenge, you’ll participate in a special domain challenge using your character. These challenges are tailored for each character, showcasing their unique features and strengths. For example, Jean’s challenge requires you to throw enemies out of windows, while Qiqi’s challenge forces you to rely on her healing.

Which characters have Envisaged Echoes?

As of Version 4.8, the Genshin Impact characters who can participate in Envisaged Echoes are:

  • Diluc – fiery feathers
  • Jean – dandelion seeds
  • Kirara – green flowers
  • Ningguang – gingko leaves
  • Qiqi – ghosts

Each Echo cosmetic is unique to their designated character. If you have a maxed-out character that you’re proud of, you can now show off your dedication by equipping their custom Echo cosmetic.
