Freedom Planet 2 is looking suitably fuzzy and adorable

Furry friends return for a new adventure

Indie developer GalaxyTrail has released a new video for its upcoming sequel Freedom Planet 2, a follow-up to 2014’s Sonic the Hedgehog-style platform adventure.

The new trailer offers us three whole minutes of the sequel’s colourful world, as returning heroes Lilac the Dragon, Carol the Wildcat, Milla the Hound are joined by new pal Neera the Frost Knight on yet another exciting quest through Avalice. Fans of the original Freedom Planet can expect more high-speed anthro-action, complete with engaging hub worlds, baddies to thwart, items to collect and brand new characters to meet and greet.

Freedom Planet 2 is currently in development for PC and Mac. You can check out the action right now with a demo, available to download from the official Freedom Planet 2 website.
