Free App of the Day: Crazy Hamster

Usually it’s advisable to avoid anything with “crazy” in the title, as it usually indicates a game that’s trying way too hardy to be zany. Fortunately, Crazy Hamster is actually pretty decent, and it’s available for nothing thanks to OpenFeint’s FreeGameoftheDay offer. 

It’s nothing you haven’t seen before, being an evolution of the Lemming’s concept, but it’s pretty fun nonetheless. Simply make sure your hamster doesn’t fall foul of the many traps. It starts quite slow, but can get pretty frantic as you douse fires, build bridges, and place sailboats in order to keep the furry little bastard safe.
