Fire Emblem: Awakening is Nintendo resident tough-as-nails, patience testing magic-and-fantasy 3DS title. Monster Hunter is Capcom’s resident tough-as-nails, patience testing club-a-dinosaur game franchise. Putting them together seems like match made in “most people wont give a f*ck but a few hundred thousand people are going to freak out” heaven.

Sadly, quite a few of those people likely live outside of Japan, and will miss out on this delightful Fire Emblem content for the Wii U port of Monster Hunter Frontier G. We can hope that the same content will make it over to Monster Hunter 4, and that Monster Hunter 4 makes its way across the ocean one of these days.
