Fields of Mistria: Reina gift guide and how to get each item

Win her heart, mostly with food

Reina is one of the many future romanceable villagers in Fields of Mistria and, like all of them, she comes with her own likes and dislikes. Giving her gifts that she loves increases your friendship with her faster, while giving Reina hated gifts won’t do you any favors.

Reina is the daughter of Josephine and Hemlock, older sister to both Maple and Luc, and can usually be found in or around the Sleeping Dragon Inn. She loves to cook, and is a rich source of recipes if you complete some of her Request Board quests

With her love of cooking, it should come as no surprise that Reina loves receiving food-based gifts. Most of Reina’s loved dishes can be cooked using gathered resources, so I’ll list their recipes below. However, if you get lucky, you can find the dishes for sale at the Sleeping Dragon Inn or Balor’s Wagon on any day.

Reina’s liked gifts in Fields of Mistria

While most of Reina’s liked gifts are still food-based items, there are some items here that require no cooking at all. Liked gifts will provide 10 friendship points when given, or double that if given on a birthday, so if you can’t get your hands on any loved gifts, it is definitely worth giving a liked gift instead.

What not to give Reina in Fields of Mistria

Reina's reaction to a disliked gift in Fields of Mistria

If you want to build a friendship or more with Reina, you’ll need to avoid giving her any of the universally disliked gifts in Fields of Mistria:

  • Junk items such as Fiber, Hay, Cattail, Acorn, Pinecone, Sod or Sap
  • Any bugs

As well as this, one thing that Reina really hates is a Tunnel Millipede, and I can’t say I blame her. Creepy crawlies aren’t the kind of gift I’d like to get, and Reina feels similarly. You won’t lose friendship points if you give one to her, but she will react with confusion and, in the case of Tunnel Millipedes, suggest that you save the bugs for her brother.
