In Fazbear World TD, you have to wait for specific banners to roll for specific units. I’ll show you which units are the best so that you know when to roll with Fazbucks and when to wait for the next banner. Here’s my Fazbear World Tower Defense unit tier list.

Best Fazbear World Tower Defense Units Tier List
I’ve rated Fazbear World TD units from S-Tier to D-Tier. S-Tier and A-Tier units are usually must-haves that I highly recommend you roll for if you see them in a banner. B-tier units fill certain roles quite well and are decent alternatives for specific scenarios, but they’re not as flexible as higher tiers. Lastly, C-Tier and D-Tier units are leftovers that you usually want to replace (with some exceptions) as they’re objectively less powerful than the higher ones. Check out my ranking explanations below.
S Tier FWTD Units
| Shadow Freddy (Mythic) | Shadow Freddy deals the most AOE damage in the game so this is your must-have for damage. |
| Marionette (Mythic) | Marionette competes with Shadow Freddy for the most DPS you can get from a single unit not counting buffing units. Either SF or Marionette is a must-have for the hardest levels. |
| RWQFSFASXC (Mythic) | The most powerful buffing unit in the game for all categories, whether it’s damage, cooldown, or range. On average, RWQFSFASXC will deal the most damage in the game through boosting. |
| Springbonnie (Legendary) | Springbonnie is a beast of a Legendary that can slightly compete with Mythics due to her high damage and constant AOE stuns. |
A Tier FWTD Units
| Fredbear (Legendary) | Just a reliable source of AOE damage and Affliction that you can’t go wrong with, and Fredbear is a great starter Legendary. |
| Nightmare Freddy (Legendary) | One of the best single-target Legendary units in the game with incredible DPS, Affliction damage, and summons. He just needs some gold to get started. |
| Springtrap (Legendary) | With the rework Springtrap feels much better now and deals excellent AOE Affliction damage once upgraded. |
| Nightmare (Legendary) | With some decent nerfs, Nightmare isn’t as good anymore. That said he’s still a better Legendary than BB and Helpy and with a Chica/Plush boost he can cook. |
| Plushtrap (Epic) | One of the best support units in the game since that boost is a must-have if you don’t have RWQFSFASXC. |
| Withered Bonnie (Epic) | The best Epic unit in the game in addition to Plushtrap. |
B Tier FWTD Units
| BB (Legendary) | BB outranks all Epics in terms of stats but he’s just less reliable with those balloons than the other Legendaries. I wouldn’t recommend using him if you have literally any other Leggy unit because balloons can sometimes behave awkwardly and miss enemies if they’re not properly grouped up. Not to mention it sucks when they hit just a single unit. |
| Nightmare Foxy (Epic) | One of the best starters in the game due to its excellent cost-to-effectiveness ratio. |
| Withered Chica (Epic) | Overall, a decently strong buffing alternative to Withered Bonnie. |
| Toy Freddy (Epic) | Toy Freddy takes a while to get going as you need his higher levels to be viable but he can cook once you get him leveled up. |
| Toy Chica (Rare) | Chica is an incredible support unit that’s useful in end-game builds despite being a Rare. |
| Helpy (Legendary) | While Helpy has received some decent nerfs, he’s still an okay coin-farming unit, and that’s a decent unit to have. Just because you’re not Insta-winning like before doesn’t mean Helpy is trash. He can get you an extra upgrade or unit when you really need it by just leaving him in the background. Just don’t start with Helpy. |
| Endo 02 (Uncommon) | Honestly, Endo 02 is a great starter/money-farming unit that many are sleeping on. |
C Tier FWTD Units
| JJ (Epic) | With some great damage buffs, Withered Freddy is sitting pretty in C-Tier as a reliable Rare starter. |
| Withered Freddy (Rare) | It’s not the flashiest unit, but it has reliable DPS for a Rare and is good at making early cash. |
| Nightmare Chica (Rare) | For a Rare, Nightmare Chica is a beast. She used to be better than Springtrap before he got his buffs. |
| Toy Bonnie (Rare) | Now, it’s a rare unit with some buffs worthy of upper C-Tier. |
| Toy Foxy (Rare) | The incarnation of mid has nothing to write home about, but it has enough DPS to be better than Uncommons. I would switch it out for better units once you have them. |
| Bonnie (Rare) | If we’re talking Commons, the Phantom Mangle is the most common in the game and able to compete with some Uncommons, too. |
| Foxy (Uncommon) | A pretty good Uncommon starter that’s worth C-Tier. |
| Phantom Mangle (Common) | If we’re talking Commons, the Phantom Mangle is the best common in the game able to compete with some Uncommons too. |
| Phantom Chica (Common) | A booster unit is on average, better than the others if you can get value out of Phantom Chica. |
D Tier FWTD Units
The units in D-Tier deserve no specific descriptions as they’re the units you want to replace or sell as soon as you get one of the higher ones above. Still, they’re great for beginners, and none of them are trash. They’re just nerfed or lack the raw power to compete with others.
