Fastest Mythical Driftwood farm in Fisch

Crafting your own fishing rods in Fisch on Roblox is one of the many joys of fishing. You gather up your materials, patiently accumulate everything you need, and make your very own special fishing rod to improve your sport.

Some crafting materials are harder to come by than others, though, and this is true of the Mythical Driftwood found in the game. It’s not easy to get a hold of, let alone get plenty, and that’s why we’ve created this guide to help you farm Mythical Driftwood fast.

How to get Mythical Driftwood fast in Fisch

The best way to farm Mythical Driftwood is to head to the island of Moosewood. This is where you’re most likely to find normal Driftwood, which in turn can be the jackpot to getting plenty of its mutation, Mythical Driftwood, for your stash.

Once you’re on the island, head over to the Merchant and pick up as many crab cages as you can. These are very cheap, being sold for only 45 C$ a pop. The more you have, the better, so load up as many as you can spare.

From there, set these crab cages up in the water. Luckily, no other players will be able to snatch these from you, so use them all at once if you want. Now you need to wait for them to fill up.

Crab cages are excellent at picking up trash (like Driftwood). 

How to appraise Mythical Driftwood in Fisch

Once you have collected all the crab cages, which take about two to five minutes to fill up, head up to the Appraiser on Moosewood; you’ll then want to appraise all of your Driftwood, as it can be revealed to be Mythical Driftwood.

Unfortunately, this is not a cheap way to get a hold of this crafting material. It costs 450 C$ for a single appraisal, and depending on how many crab cages you laid out, that can easily multiply into more. It’s definitely the fastest method of farming Mythical Driftwood, but not the least expensive.

You will likely need to keep appraising Driftwood for a while. There is no guarantee you’re going to find Mythical Driftwood quickly, and you can go through each piece you caught and still not find anything. It takes persistence. 

For a better chance, I recommend doing the appraisal process during a Mutation Surge, which will increase your chance of finding a mutation at the Appraiser by a decent amount. You can simply wait for one to begin on your server or keep changing servers until you find one active. 

Sadly, the only other way you’re going to find any Mythical Driftwood is by using the Mythical Rod, which costs a whopping 110,000 C$. But it is one of the best rods in the game. You can simply fish anywhere you can find Driftwood , and the mutation will have a chance to pop up. This is incredibly time-consuming, though, so be prepared to be patient.

Once you’ve got Mythical Driftwood, though, you can use it to craft the Precision Rod or the Wisdom Rod, which are some of the best rods you can get in the game.
