Epic Games is teasing an Avengers crossover for Fortnite

Last year, Fortnite hosted an Avengers: Infinity War crossover event that let players control Thanos. It was basically an easy win, though fighting to get the titular gauntlet caused all kinds of chaos. While Thanos was rumored to return, a recent tease from the official Fortnite Twitter account paints a different picture.

As the header shows, players may be able to control some of the Avengers in the next crossover event. The Tweet lists “4.25.19,” so we’ll find out more the day before Avengers: Endgame hits theaters. I’ll be a bit sad if every Avenger is selectable, only because it would undermine Thanos’ work.
