This Shevchenko item can be a really interesting addition if you play a striker as either a Poacher or as an Advanced Forward.

Despite a nerf, Power Shot+ is still pretty strong if you know how to use it. Additionally, you get Finesse Shot, Pinged Pass, Technical, Rapid, and First Touch, which are all great choices. 5* Weak Foot is a bonus without any doubt, and this can be a great budget beast for sure.
