• Turn your camera toward the left, block, then perform Perception:
  • Turn your right stick to the right
  • Press R1/RB (Standard) or O/B (Classic)
  • Hit O/B (Standard) or O + Triangle/ B + Y (Classic)
• Jump: L1/LB (Standard) or R1/RB (Classic)
• Sidestep: Move your left stick to the right or left and press X/A (Standard and Classic)
• Step Sway: Perform sidestep then press R1/RB (Standard) or O/B (Classic)
• Instant Transmission: Square + X (Standard and Classic)

That means you can tilt the camera in that direction (tilt it to the right since it moves oppositely) and then initiate the block.
