With several beta events behind us, we’re all anxiously awaiting the full release of Diablo 4. It feels like it can’t get here soon enough. With different launch times for each region and two separate release dates based on which version of the game you’ve purchased, it can be confusing to know exactly when you’ll be able to take your first steps in the Fractured Peaks. We’ve got everything you need to know about Diablo 4 preload and launch times to get into the game as fast as possible.

When can you preload Diablo 4?

Thankfully, all three platforms will be able to begin installing the game on May 30 at 7PM EST. You will be able to preload the game as long as you have purchased any edition of Diablo 4. This is how exactly to start the process on each platform:

PC

  • Launch the Battle.net client. If Diablo IV is not already in your Favorites bar, you can add it by clicking on the + icon. Alternatively, you can find Diablo IV by accessing the All Games page. You’ll see Diablo IV at the top of the list.
  • Once you get to the Diablo IV Game Page, click the dropdown menu under Game Version and select the Diablo IV option. Click the blue button that says Install. The game will install and once it’s available, click Play to Launch.

Xbox preload

  • Launch the Xbox Store and search for Diablo IV. Select Download.

PlayStation

  • Launch the PlayStation Store and search for Diablo IV. Select Download.
