Destiny 2: Where in Neomuna is Archie?

I'm not even looking if he goes missing again.

Destiny 2‘s wayward doggo, Archie, has gone missing once more. Ever the Luigi to his Mario, it’s up to us to track down Archie in the futuristic city of Neomuna. Here’s how to decipher the clues and safely get him home.

Where to find Archie in Neomuna

1. Investigate the paw prints

Head to the Tower’s Annex to find Archie’s green glowing footprints where he should be. Despite my complaints that the robo-rover keeps disappearing, at least he lets Ada-1 know where he’s headed. Speaking with the Black Armorer reveals the cyber canine has headed to Neomuna on Neptune.

2. Nimbus

The first order of business upon landing in Neomuna is to speak with the sole surviving Cloud Strider, Nimbus. The towering noise machine says they let Archie check out their place, action figures included.

Nimbus has an incredibly short commute as their apartment is down the elevator and to the right. If you took the time to collect all of the Cloud Strider action figures during Lightfall, this apartment should be plenty familiar. Either way, the paw prints will be on the left side of the room. Don’t worry if they don’t appear right away as I also experienced a delay. The next clue tells us Archie went to learn about the Veil.

4. Veil containment

This one can be tricky as, like the previous clue, it has trouble loading. The paw prints will be outside the door of the Veil containment building. You’ll know it’s loaded properly if there’s a Tormentor waiting to greet you. If not, go back to orbit and try again. I was able to trigger it on my second attempt. Once you’ve defeated the Tormentor, the pawprints will appear and the next clue hints at Archie wanting to relive our Strand training montage.

5. The place where Osiris was a terrible Mr. Miyagi

Remember how the entire Lightfall campaign was essentially Osiris yelling at you to go faster and to use Strand? Well, we’re going to relive the not-so-epic training montage on that black sand beach.

Teleport to Liming Harbor and follow the path off the road to the right. Continue past Maya’s Retreat to the caves in the cliff’s face. You’ll be able to jump up several ledges in the back of the cave and continue your trek, battling Vex all along the way.

At the top will be another cliff overlooking a marshy beach. Deal with the Cabal forces to reveal the final set of paw prints. It looks like Archie has gone to the Thrilladrome.

6. The Thrilladrome

Teleport back to Liming Harbor and head straight to reach the Thrilladrome Lost Sector. Despite being the featured Lost Sector this week, you can run it normally to find Archie. Work through it until you reach the Vex, which is protected by the barrier in the final room. Archie will be by the claw machine in the back.

Return to Ada-1

With Archie rescued for hopefully the last time on his outings, it’s time to return to Ada-1 in the Tower’s Annex. She shares similar feelings before giving us our last trinket, an Archie Plush Toy.
