One of 2021’s best releases, Death’s Door, is prepping to make a leap not only from PC to PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, but also from the spiritual realm and into the physical one, via new editions from outlet Special Reserve Games.

As revealed by two-man developer Acid Nerve, the fantastic indie adventure will be available to pre-order on PS5 and Nintendo Switch from November 23. From that date, interested parties should visit the Special Reserve Games website to plonk down their pre-order. Both the PS5 and Nintendo Switch editions will retail for around $45 USD, and will come packaged with exclusive cover art and an attractive, sleek, and suitably dark slipcase. The pre-order window closes January 7. Special Reserve Games will also be taking pre-orders on an art book, as well as several attractive prints.

Also on November 23, the dungeon-crawling, afterlife-defying adventure will finally make its grand debut on both PlayStation and Switch platforms. Already available on PC and Xbox, Death’s Door is an attractive, challenging, and compelling action-RPG, pierced with excellent dry humor and tense, satisfying gameplay. Death’s Door is a masterclass in design efficiency, making the most of its strengths while effectively hiding its limitations. These new console ports will serve to draw more fans into its gloomy-yet-unnervingly charming world. Check out our full review right here.

Death’s Door launches on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch November 23. It is available now on Xbox and PC.
