Clear out the Cultist Refuge
The Cultist Refuge is one of the quickest dungeons to clear inĀ Diablo 4. With three easy objectives, no Boss encounters, and a handful of Elite packs, the dungeon has become a popular farming spot.
Dungeon farming is always best when you are efficient. As such, we have created this Cultist Refuge dungeon guide forĀ Diablo 4.
Unlocking and finding the Cultist Refuge dungeon
Although most optional dungeons are accessible by default, Cultist Refuge is not. In order to unlock the dungeon, you must liberate the Nostrava Stronghold in the Fractured Peaks region. Once you’ve done that, Cultist Refuge will appear on your world map.
The fastest way to reach the dungeon is by teleporting to the Nostrava Waypoint you unlock after completing the Stronghold. From here, the dungeon is just to east. If you have trouble finding it, follow the red line on our map above.
Cultist Refuge dungeon guide inĀ Diablo 4
This is one of the quickest dungeons inĀ Diablo 4. As such, it makes Cultist Refuge one of the best options as a Nightmare Dungeon.
Upon entering Cultist Refuge you will receive your first objective: Slay all enemies in the Halls of Assembly. The map typically consists of two long corridors full of cultist enemies.
Once you’ve taken out all the cultists, you will move onto the second objective: Slay The Overseer and collect the Cultist Key. The Overseer Rakshasi will spawn in the same room as you. He’s an easy Elite enemy, and will defeated will drop a Cultist Key.Ā Once you have the key, head to the locked Sanctum door often located near the beginning of the dungeon.
Once you reach the Inner Sanctum, you will receive your final objective of the dungeon: Slay 2 High Priests. These enemies are also extremely easy, as they are Elite monsters and not Boss monsters. Simply kill both of the High Priests and you will be finished with the Cultist Refuge dungeon.
Cultist Refuge dungeon rewards
If this is your first time completing the dungeon, you will receive the 30 Renown completion reward.
You will also receive the extremely useful Flamewalker’s Mobility Aspect for Sorcerers. This Legendary Aspect boosts your Firewall skill, granting you Movement Speed when you run through it.
This Aspect is a staple for the Firewall Sorcerer build, so make sure to complete this dungeon and unlock the Aspect!
