Play it for free while you can
Company of Heroes 2 has launched into open beta, so from now until June 18 you can check out the multiplayer and coop. The best news about the open beta is that if you play it a lot, and decide to buy the game later, you’ll get to keep all of your progress and unlocks. That’s not normal for a beta, but it looks like this open beta is close to what the final release is going to be.
Along with opening up to more players, the game has been given a lot of patching and rebalancing, based on feedback from previous closed betas. So if you were a part of a closed beta, it might be worth giving it another look to see what they have tweaked.
You can download Company of Heroes 2 from the Steam page if you want to check out the action, and I highly recommend that you do. It’s a really fun experience, and I can’t wait to jump into some co-op later.
