You’ll find numerous shrines scattered across Hyrule, and completing them allows Link to upgrade his stamina wheels and earn more heart vessels. Some of the shrines are hard to complete because they are hidden away. This is the case with the Chichim shrine, which lies underground.

For instructions on how to find and complete Chichim Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom, read this guide.

Chichim Shrine location in Tears of the Kingdom

To find Chichim Shrine, Link will have to head to Gerudo Desert. Locating the shrine is much, much easier once the Gerudo Regional Phenomenon has been resolved. Head to Palu Wasteland, which is not too far from Kara Kara Bazaar. You’ll know you’ve arrived when you see giant skeletons and ruins.

The shrine is underground, so Link will have to dive into a sand whirlpool. The coordinates are: -3108, -3031, 0035. This will take Link to the Ancient Prison Ruins where the shrine can be solved.

Chichim Shrine solution in Tears of the Kingdom

The main challenge lies in getting to the shrine. After entering the ruins, head straight and open the gate at the end of the hallway. Turn left, then turn right, dealing with any Gibdos that cross your path. Link should eventually reach a statue of a woman holding a sword. Travel in the direction the sword is pointing.

The lady points Link to a hallway with a lever at the end. Turn the lever to open the gates, releasing a few Gibdos. After taking out the Gibdos, jump into the hole to the right of the lever. On the floor below, there is a little crack in the wall that Link can crawl under. Do so, then kill the Gibdo and Electric Chuchu on the other side. At the far end of the room is a ledge that Link can climb up. Do it.

At the top of the ledge, Link will be met with another hallway. When he walks down it, the ground will cave in. Let it happen, as there is a Bubbulfrog below. There’s also another statue of a lady with a sword. Go in the direction she’s pointing, then use Ascend at the end of the hallway.

Behind a treasure chest holding a Gerudo Scimitar, you’ll find some loose concrete slabs. Use Ultrahand to lift the slabs, revealing a lever which, when pulled, opens a secret room leading straight to Chichim Shrine. Activate the shrine and enter it to claim your Light of Blessing. The coordinates are: -3211, -3008, -0049.

Like all other Rauru’s Blessing shrines, there’s no puzzle inside Chichim Shrine. While collecting Light of Blessings, don’t forget to be on the lookout for Sage’s Wills. When Link has enough, he can head to a Goddess Statue and upgrade one of his sages.
