Catching up with the new ToeJam and Earl game

Human Nature Studios, the developer of the upcoming ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove, has released new screenshots and audio samples from the Kickstarted title, and boy do they have me excited.

The art style reminds me of one of my favorite childhood cartoons, Rocko’s Modern Life, and both of the songs released hit me right in the childhood. I can picture a young Jed, sitting in front of his Sega Genesis wearing a bright yellow hat with a rat tail coming out the back, smiling from ear to ear playing the classic games; I hope to have that feeling again — minus the rat tail — when ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove releases this fall for PC.
