Updates on Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, Exoprimal, and Resident Evil Village DLC
After a busy weekend, it feels like we’re pretty deep into the summer gaming showcase schedule, but there’s still time to hear from some of the big publishers. Next on the list is Capcom, and with Street Fighter 6 and Resident Evil 4 on the way, it’s easy to be stoked. The Capcom Showcase begins at 3:00 p.m. Pacific today and will last “roughly 35 minutes.”
Capcom says the showcase will cover “details and news on previously announced titles.”
Further keeping expectations in check, the company specifically mentioned the stream will focus on upcoming games like Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, Exoprimal, and Resident Evil 4. Anything else could just be a bonus ā but don’t let that stop you from hoping for more.
I know Moyse wants to see another Street Fighter 6 character trailer before the team steps out of the spotlight for a bit, and I’m hoping to hear concrete details about the mysterious Resident Evil Village DLC that could be anything at this point. Barring that, an “out later today!” release of RE2, RE3, and RE7 on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S would be nice.
