A recent Black Ops 6 pre-load patch introduces an all-new Call of Duty user interface, organizing all your files in one ultimate hub.

The latest home page lets you directly access games, including Warzone and the upcoming Black Ops 6, making it easier to manage your files. Each game tile will have its own UI, providing content for its respective titles. Even past entries, like Modern Warfare 3 and Vanguard, will still be available here via the All Games tab. You can see the difference in changes with this comparison (new one on the left and old one on the right):

As a Call of Duty player, it’s certainly nice to see these changes. The previous UI, with its numerous titles, often made navigation a bit challenging. You had to scroll through a list just to find the game you were looking for. But now, with the new user interface, it’s faster and more convenient to access your titles.

You can also check out the newest content of the season in the Featured Tile, from Battle Passes to the latest lineup of modes. The What’s Hot section from Modern Warfare 3 will remain intact, spotlighting the trendiest playlists and bundles. Plus, if you want to return to your most recently played game, you can hit Last Played Tile to jump right back in.

Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone will be on the front page of the new COD HQ prior to Black Ops 6’s launch. Then, once BO6 rolls out, it’ll ultimately replace MW3, sending you over to the in-game store, Campaign, Multiplayer, and the highly-anticipated Zombies mode. Changes to the UI will be going on simultaneously until we get to Season 1. By then, the system should be fully intact, including the available Battle Pass for the season.

Although Black Ops 6 Season 1 has no official release date, past launches suggest a possible late November launch. This will also feature a designated UI for Warzone, bringing in the new Area 99 map.

We’ll likely get more information regarding the Season 1 launch as we approach Black Op 6’s launch. At least for now, we can marvel at the new COD HQ to prepare for the game’s full release.
