Different year, same issues

The Call of Duty Black Ops 6‘s Vault Edition is the most premium experience you can get if you don’t mind spending the extra dollars.

The upgraded edition might cost more, but it includes plenty of extra items for you to enjoy inside the game. Naturally, it’s an excellent choice for brand loyalists and those who will sink hundreds of hours inside the game in the upcoming few months. Unfortunately, a bug has occurred, which is preventing players from accessing their Vault Edition bonuses.

How to get the Vault Edition content in Call of Duty Black Ops 6

It’s important to understand that the contents of the Vault Edition are unlocked automatically inside the game. Barring the Blackcell battle pass, you’ll get access to all the remaining contents. Unfortunately, there’s a bug affecting certain Vault Edition owners on Steam.

Despite completing all the necessary downloads, players have reported being unable to access all the Vault Edition contents. In fact, Treyarch has also officially updated the incident, and it’s being looked at as of writing.

If you’re among that unfortunate lot, you can always send a message to Activision Support, but it’s better to just wait for the time being. Since this is an officially acknowledged issue, it shouldn’t take long to be resolved.

I went for the Vault Edition upgrade via the Xbox app since I play the Game Pass version on PC. I faced no such issues in accessing my available rewards.

All Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Vault Edition content

Here’s the complete list of all the extra items you’ll get from your purchase.

  • Season 1 Blackcell Battle Pass: Unlocks the full premium path and also includes tier skips.
  • 1100 COD Points: This can be used to buy items from the in-game store or a full seasonal pass.
  • Hunters vs. Hunted Operator Pack: Includes four exclusive operators.
  • Three operator skins for Woods.
  • Mastercraft Collection: Five unique weapon blueprints that are unlocked automatically.
  • 12 Rare GobbleGums, which can be used in the Zombies mode.

If you’re a hardcore Call of Duty player, the Vault Edition is well worth the extra money you’ll have to spend.
