Ash Echoes was released worldwide in mid-November, and it offers a robust set of character choices.

When you’re just getting started in the game, the characters you pick won’t matter much. But like every gacha on the market, you’ll want to stick to the following list to use your resources in the best fashion possible. That will help you build up a decent squad and use your in-game resources to build characters with the best long-run potential.

Ash Echoes Tier list

Characters in Ash Echoes are of three types – DPS, Buffers, and Supports. Ideally, you’ll want to have a well-balanced team, which is arguably more important than the tier list. Having three S-tier DPS will end your adventures pretty fast, so always make sure to prioritize character types as well when it comes to team building.

For the tiers, there are four.

• S-tier characters are the best possible choices for long-term investment, and they’re bound to remain powerful for the foreseeable future.
