Anime Vanguards Update 1 Patch Notes

Anime Vanguards has received a major update, bringing new content and changes to the game. As this is one of the most popular games on Roblox, developers felt they should give their best and offer new units and mechanics that were never seen in Roblox tower defense games. Anime Vanguards Patch Notes (Update 1) – New Units, Stages, Abilities & Elements

  • Story and Stage: Shibuya Station, a new story, and the Legendary Stage, Shibuya Massacre, have been added.
  • Units: Update 1 has introduced 13 units of various Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Exclusive, and even Tournament-exclusive units. New Anime Vanguards units are:
    • Nazuka (Epic)
    • Inamuki (Legendary)
    • Nobaba (Legendary)
    • Todu (Mythic)
    • Chaso (Mythic)
    • Gujo (Mythic)
    • Jag-o (Mythic)
    • Itaduri (Mythic)
    • Tuji (Exclusive)
    • Julias (Exclusive) (Battle Pass)
    • Mechamar (Exclusive) (Tournament)
    • Mohato (Exclusive) (Tournament)
    • Legendary Super Brolzi (Exclusive) (Leaderboard)
  • Unit Abilities: Multiple units have received unique abilities. Now, some characters can change their combat buffs and even switch places with other units.
  • Unit Elements: Each unit now has an element that provides unique buffs and weaknesses. Elements include Fire, Water, Nature, Spark, Holy, Curse, Unbound, Blast, Cosmic, and Passion.

New Game Modes and Features

  • Tournaments: Participate in weekly tournaments for exclusive rewards. Players are assigned to brackets and ranked according to the damage they inflicted in the match. The best player gets the best rewards, such as Secret Unit, Gems, Crystals, etc. Each week, you can participate in a new tournament with different rules.
  • Cursed Shop: Here, you can trade Cursed Fingers for useful items needed for unit evolutions. You can get Cursed Fingers by playing Infinite mode in Shibuya Station.
  • Gold Merchant: Purchase Essence Stones, Stat Chips, and Unit Experience Food for Gold. Now it’s easier to gather resources as Gold is much more useful now.
  • Stat Index: View the stat tier limits of your unit’s DMG, SPA, and RNG.
  • Stat Transfers: Transfer stats from one unit to another, but at the cost of resetting the host unit’s level, trait, and other stats.
  • Refurbished Enemy Index: The enemy info display has been improved to show more information through categories: Overview, Stats, and Mechanics and Metrics.
  • Enemy Stats now show:
    • Overshield Percentage
    • Stun Duration
    • Attack Time
    • Amount of targeted units
    • Whether or not they transform
  • Unit-Specific Achievements: You can earn additional resources by completing each unit’s quest. Completing unit quests will be part of the evolution process in future updates.

  • New Profile Banners: Customize your profile with new banners.
  • Unit Inventory Expansion: Expand your unit inventory space by purchasing expansion slots.
  • New Update 1 Bundle: A special bundle is available for purchase.
  • New Battle Pass: Progress through the Ice & Fire battle pass to collect new units.
  • Achievements: Complete new achievements to earn rewards.
  • Unit Level Cap Increase: The unit level cap has been increased to 60.
  • Damage Typing Rework: Damage is now based on the unit’s element.
  • Paragon Mode Rework: Paragon mode has been adjusted with new mechanics and rewards. New Format includes:
    • Starting Cards
      • Exploding
      • Revitalize
      • Thrice
      • Quake
      • Immunity
      • Champions
    • Additive Cards
      • Strong
      • Regeneration
      • Shield
      • Speed
      • Dodge
      • Drowsy
  • Leaderboard Interface Rework: The leaderboard interface has been improved for better navigation and information display.
  • Unit Evolution Changes: Unit stat tiers increase when you evolve them.
  • Profile Interface Improvements: The profile interface now shows player level and equipped title.
  • Challenge Changes: The Rainbow Stat Chip challenge has been removed, and Super Stat Chip has been added.
  • Miscellaneous: Various other improvements and fixes have been implemented, including better searching functionality, unit team management, hover tooltips, quests interface improvements, quest reward buffs, unit manager improvements, stage info improvements, unit collection improvements, and more.
