The newest May 10 update for Anime Crossover Defense added some new units and reworked a lot of the pre-existing ones. While each map can make use of specific units, there’s still a general viability for some units over others. We’ve put together this Anime Crossover Defense Tier List for the May 2024 update so you know which units to go for when summoning.

The units in the S Tier are extremely versatile and should always be equipped, as they are powerful on all maps and stages. Those in the A Tier are strong as well and can be used in most situations, though there may be some better options depending on your lineup. Those in the B Tier are decent enough to use until you build out your S Tier and A Tier arsenal, while those in the C Tier should be avoided at all costs as they are simply way too undertuned. At the moment you can have 7 total units equipped in Anime Crossover Defense, meaning you can’t have every unit at your disposal. Once you start a map, the 7 units you have equipped is what you will have access to. Here’s the best 7-unit Anime Crossover Defense team:
