Anime Adventures Christmas Event Guide (Frozen Abyss)

After a brief hiatus, Anime Adventures is back, stronger than ever. Other than the brand-new features, such as Trait Swapping and Limit Breaks, there is currently an event going on, and since it is the season of giving, you can be sure there are some goodies out there.

To help you get the most out of the Christmas Event in Anime Adventures, we made this guide to help you out.

All new Events in the Christmas Update

Logging into Anime Adventures during the event can be overwhelming, and you may not be sure where to start. Follow this order, and you should be fine.

Holidays + ReRelease Celebration!

If you’ve played the game in the past, before you do anything else, collect the daily celebration gift. This option is sneakily hidden in the very top-right corner (the blue gift icon). Select it, a window will pop up, and grab your freebie. Note: You need to be at least level 10 to claim these gifts.

New Limited Banner and Holiday Shop

In case you have some leftover Stars, hit the Summon section and take a look the the Holiday Event Limited-Time banner. Additionally, in the center of the plaza, you can talk to the Weather Girl for some exclusive Capsules and items. Of course, this is provided you have Stars left over from before. If you don’t, don’t worry because here’s how to get some.

Frozen Abyss

Once you grab the new Daily Quests from Zen, head to the Play area and check out the Frozen Abyss. This new game mode isn’t for the faint of heart, though. After every few waves, you get an option to add a modifier to your run, and you are encouraged to do so because you’ll improve your chance of getting a sweeter reward in the end (new units, new skins, and even secret portals).

Present Meter

If you’ve already done a few battles, there’s a good chance you noticed some of the enemies drop presents when defeated. You can take these presents to the Present Meter (in front of the Play area entrance) and exchange them for points. Once you have enough points, you get prizes.
