Which weapons have Akimbo Kills in Modern Warfare 3?

Akimbo weapons allow Operators to wield two weapons in their hands without using ADS. To get Akimbo Kills in Modern Warfare 3, you must customize your weapon in the Gunsmith with the build. Here’s a complete list of guns that can be used for this task:

  • Basilisk
  • Renetti
  • COR-45
  • TYR
  • WSP Stinger
  • P890
  • .50 GS
  • X12
  • FTAC Siege
  • GS Magna
  • 9MM Daemon
  • X13 Auto
  • WSP Swarm

You may have noticed that the Akimbo Kills weapons are mostly tied to the Handguns collection. Equip the suitable materials by going to the Rear Grip section in the Gunsmith, showcasing an option for the Akimbo.

The WSP Swarm SMG is the only weapon not a part of the Handguns class. For this, go to the Conversion Kit instead and place the WSP Akimbo Brace Stock. Other weapons, such as the Akimbo Shotgun, could work but may not register for the Akimbo Kills objective.

If you are trying to complete a Weekly Challenge in Modern Warfare 3, you’ll likely need to use a Recommended Akimbo-based weapon. These guns will be marked with a fire symbol in the collection. This requirement will sometimes limit your choices, depending on the current season’s Recommended guns.

The Akimbo builds will also be locked behind a particular task. For example, the Akimbo FTAC Siege will only be available after you complete two Daily Challenges. Due to the gun’s limited range, it’s best to use it in small-sized maps like Shipment, Emergency, and Stash House. You can also utilize it in Zombies mode for an extra challenge.
