Epic Games recently itsdecision to remove region lock for Fortnite tournaments, opening up more opportunities for players to participate. The change has generally been welcomed by fans as it allows aspiring players to build their name on the competitive stage while also allowing streamers to create varying content and host longer streams.
With no regional restrictions at play, Fortnite players can now join tournaments in different regions regardless of their own region. This means that players in Europe, Asia, and North America, among other regions, can participate in all Fortnite tournaments except the Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) which remains region-locked.
